Luottokunta provides banks with payment card issuance, management, and processing services. We help banks enhance their operations and reduce expense and risk related to payment cards. Our customers include all the leading commercial banks in Finland.

The payment card service solutions for banks provided by Luottokunta cover more than 6 million credit cards, 1.7 million of which are Visa cards issued by Luottokunta
and the banks.

Issuing services by Luottokunta

Luottokunta offers comprehensive service solutions. The logistics solution for application forms and cards includes opening a card account for the customer and delivering an activated payment card and PIN number to the customer. Services related to transactions monitor the routing and processing of authentication services and transactions to ensure that the payment cards work reliably both in Finland and abroad.

The payment card security services provided by Luottokunta include, for example, round-the-clock monitoring of payment cards. Customer service and the security block service for payment cards and bank identifiers used in online banking are available in Finnish, English and Swedish 24 hours a day, every day of the year.
